• Ensure contains the essential nutritional requirements including carbohydrates, protein, 28 essential vitamins and minerals and prebiotic fibre. Ensure may assist those with a poor appetite or involuntary weight loss, increased nutritional requirements, when preparing for surgery or post surgery and during illness or recovery from illness.

Serving Suggestion

• Add 6 level scoops of powder (53.8 g) to 195 ml of water, twice a day.
