MAKING A FREIGHT PROTECTION CLAIM
- If your item has arrived damaged and you have purchased freight protection, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the Product otherwise we can deny your claim (subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law).
- Send us an email to yes@yesmed.com.au and in the subject line ensure to include 'My Products Arrived Damaged and I have Freight Protection'. Photographic evidence of the damage must be submitted with the email.
- We will get back to you promptly with the next steps and resolve your case as a priority
