DESCRIPTION

• The non-rebreather mask covers the patient’s nose and mouth, secured by an elastic cord.
• The reservoir bag that is attached to the mask is connected to an external source of oxygen.
• Approximately ¹⁄₃ of the air from the reservoir bag is depleted as the patient inhales, and it is then replaced by the flow from the O2 supply.
• The mask is equipped with a one-way valve, which prevents the inhalation of room air and the re-inhalation of exhaled air.
• The one-way valve, as well as a sufficient seal around the patient’s nose and mouth, allows for the management of high concentrations of oxygen.
• Non-Rebreathing Reservoir Bag.
• Manufactured using Thermo Sensitive Medical Grade PVC.
