DESCRIPTION:
- Taylor’s Gentleheal is a multi-layered wound dressing comprising of a silicone wound and skin contact layer, white polyurethane foam exudate management layer, backed with a skin-toned, polyurethane film support layer.
- It provides an optimal moist wound environment which promotes wound healing, minimising trauma and reducing pain during dressing changes.
- Soft silicone gel adhesive minimizes trauma to the wound during dressing changes, helping to alleviate patient pain without compromising care.
- Designed to adapt to patient movement and conform to highly contoured parts of the body.
- It soaks up the majority of fluid coming from the wound, leaving a soft gel that preserves a moist area around the wound.
